Hi, hello! I figured it'd be fun to see what everyone has joined Scribblehub for! :blob_uwu: Are you here just to read, review and rate stories? Are you here just to write them and post them, but not really to read other stuff on here (this also includes posting translated works)? Or do you routinely read stories here and also write them?

I've also included an option for those who simply joined to chat and hang out! :blob_okay:

Cheers~

I'm here to take up space in this site.
Well I do read and I'm planning to release a story after I got more free time(Let's be real. I'm lazy)...
Do I socialize? I don't know, I'm an awkward person so I don't understand the word "socialize".

I do both. Though I probably write far more than I read. Honestly I don't have nearly as much free time to just sit down and enjoy the work of others as I'd like.

Someday tho... I'll find more reading time.

Commenting or posting threads in the forums count as socializing! I've definitely heard of users joining SHF just to post topics, comment on topics or statuses. :blob_okay:

Oh, you're not alone! I know what you mean - back before I wrote and posted stuff myself, I read a lot. Nowadays there's just pressure to finish writing stuff - you don't have a whole lot of time to do anything. So don't feel bad about only writing and not reading!

Also, there's been some talk about readers who only read, but don't also write. These, I think, are called "pure consumers". They're actually pretty highly favoured in writing sites, since they are non-peer consumers who are able to offer insight as someone who only consumes work, but not also produce them.

They tend to mostly lurk, though!

Here to peddle questionable smut I wrote, and here to read fluffy girls' love.
Too much of the former, not enough of the latter.

Socializing is tricky... hard to jump in on the discord sometimes, but I absolutely love the comment section when you can find good friends to fangirl out on a good chapter of someone else's work. Waiting for that little red icon to appear letting you connect with other people of like mind, or very different mind is always the best feeling.
