I asked an AI to generate 4 people and card-style drawings. These are the crime bosses in my book. I guess I’d call them cartels because of how powerful they are. Though, there’s no connection to any specific country in my book, since I decided the story takes place in a multi-planetary future. Also, instead of focusing on just one protagonist, I decided to do a Game of Thrones-style approach, but with a Breaking Bad vibe in a Rick and Morty setting. I don't know, maybe this surprises you, but honestly, I didn't spend months overthinking it—it’s just a culmination of all my previous ideas.
Actually, it’s funny—after creating these great cartel leaders, I felt a bit of secondhand embarrassment and cringed a little. Do you guys ever feel that way when creating powerful characters, or is it just me? I wonder if anyone on this forum actually cares about what people are writing or plan to write?
I'm thinking about creating two book universes to gather all my ideas. One will be a sword-and-sorcery fantasy world, and the second will be sci-fi. I have no idea if anyone will even read this post, but I don't really care, I just wanted to share it anyway.
