Would your OC be a good digimon tamer?

And would they save both worlds?

Their powers have been nerfed, sealed, stolen by the way so they have to rely on their digimon partner or partners.

3 digimon partners max.

Multiple partners? Okay, I'ma need a Gatomon and a BlackGatomon. Oh, OC not self. Hmmmm. You said tamer so the card swipey season. Don't think Aradain would do the best with that one, since there is strategy involved in the card use, usually. Plus I can't think of a specific digimon I'd like to pair her with. None of the water ones seem suitable. Maybe, Meicoomon? Cause holy beast that goes, very wrong, suits her, kinda. And if we skip the cards stuff and go for a Raguelmon or Rasielmon Biomerge, she should be able to handle the fighting that way.

Anima would be pretty good at that stuff, probably starting with a machine type digimon, Andromon line maybe? I wanna say Boltmon for the Biomerge, if you can even call it that, given Anima is an Automaton/Spirit. They are less of a direct fighter, so they might have a harder time at that point, but might manage.

Two of them probably would - David would probably know the Digimon characters well enough (almost certainly better than I do, having never played the game and only seen about eight episodes of the cartoon) to come up with a good strategy and win. Dane would muddle through. The others, probably not so much.

He would be terrible. This is how my MC would act. It doesn't matter which character you picked in the video; they are that person.

I think he'd be pretty decent, his style of combat is already very similar to how a early season Digimon fights go, (basically being a cheerleader for the one doing the actual fighting) His power in the story is also very similar to digivolution.

It has been loooooong awhile since I've kept up with digimon so I don't know what a good partner for him would be. Tentamon or Gatomon would probably work the best. He works well when somebody is trying to poke and prod him out of his shell and I remember those two Digimon being kind of smart asses lol.

Depends on the sort of knowledge they would need going in. None of them have anyway of knowing anything about digimon or digital worlds or anything.

Kazue will make friends with all the cutest ones. 'partner' or not, all her new friends will pay some attention to what she wants/needs, and woe betide anyone who would make the happy, fluffy kitsune cry. Cuteness and sweetness are her super weapons and there's no way to seal those. ?

Moriko is probably going to work on figuring out which ones will help her fight the way she's used to. Her powers may be sealed, but those are enhancements to her fighting style. She is, first and foremost, a martial artist. Expect to find her front lining with her digimon. If that's not feasible for a battle, even without supernatural enhancement she's still strong enough to use a heavy war bow.

Mordecai is going to gather all available information and figure out an optimal path and set of partners, within his morality/ethics set. Like Moriko, he will also end up physically fighting alongside the digimon, but he won't prioritize his selection of digimon for that. He'll adapt his fighting style to whatever set of digimon he finds optimal, and he's even stronger than Moriko so that war bow option is still there.

I don't even know the name of any digimon, so generalization is the best I can do here.
