Depends on specifics...

If yes means that I continue to live out this life until its natural end, and then I get another life where I remember this one... Then... It would have to have something extremely bad about it for me to say no... After all, if it turns out to be awesome... Then... Awesome! ... And if it turns out to be, really not worth living... Then... My memory of the fact that already I died once, and it wasn't the end, would give me the courage to kill my self and move on...

If yes means that this life would end immediately... Then there would have to be something special about it to make it worth it...

So I recently watched this anime called Ya Boy Kongming!

If I were to get isekai'ed like that, hell yeah. Only after I accomplished everything in my current life.

I can't honestly imagine living without the conveniences of modern life, especially as I would also realistically be estranged in a foreign land with no connections to people that could support me.

Some semi-intellectual folks for some reason really love to say "Return to monke" unironically, but I don't think anyone could last even one day without post-monkey inventions like modern plumbing. Most people who traveled to another world would probably die of dysentery, or any other plague that arises from poor plumbing. Actually, has any writer of isekai or fantasy ever mentioned their cities having plumbing? All that catgirl dung has to end up going somewhere.

One could also easily get killed for one reason or another due to being a foreigner / heretic / heretic foreigner. Medieval people (or, unfortunately, even those who claim to be modern people) are not known for being tolerant of others. Good luck at not losing your mind due to the stress of never being fully accepted as a part of the community you ended up in!

There are many ways in which an isekai can go wrong, so I'd rather not take my chances. Medieval Europe clone #28719 is not a place that I ever, or any sane person should, want to be in.
Shameless plug time! The above is the topic of my story about a man who ends up in an early 17th century Europe-ish setting who learns that being isekai'd does not involve him building a harem and getting overpowered.

Uh, well, that depends. Is the world I'd go to stable? Would my death be painless? Can I not fight an evil entity that threatens the world? If the answer to any those questions is, "No," I wouldn't go.

Maybe? I mean, if I got all the cheats but got isekai'ed into a world where everyone hates me for some Goddamn reason (or no reason at all), I'd still isekai over there, but I'd hide my cheat abilities so I won't be mistaken for some demon lord, and then they'd send some blond hero and saintess duo after my ass. Even if I wasn't universally hated, I'd keep a low profile, so as not to get into too much trouble.

Feel Like this question is almost asking "Are you having suicidal thoughts about abandoning everything you have in this world?"
