Not sure if this is too different than what scribblehub is supposed to be. They are sorta stories. Though it would be really cool if people could put creations like that here.

I thinking allowing for user-injected HTML would be a slippery slope in terms of site security.

Certain tags are fine, but yes, it would be a major issue.
