Not sure if that's the issue but looking at your ToC you posted one chapter ("Book 1: Chapter 4 ♠ The Amiable Esquire ♠") 52 minutes ago and the other one ("Book 1:Chapter 5 ♠Training and the Deviltusk Boar♠") 5 hours ago. Curiously enough, they aren't in that sequence. Like the latest chapter 5 is the one from 5 hours ago even though it should be the other way around. So I'd assume that you might have wanted to post chapter 5 but accidentally scheduled it for a time some hours back.
The same thing happened to me once. It was because I had saved a draft and then the time of the draft was saved and I would have had to manually change it to the actual time when I wanted to post. I didn't think of that though and thus my update didn't show up either.
I'm not sure why neither of the chapters is displayed but I think it might be because one release (the one from chapter 5 in your case) overrides the release of chapter 4 but isn't displayed since the time is in the past.

This is just my interference from when the same thing happened to me. Maybe you could check the dates in your create-page to see if that might be the reason in your case too?

Yep, your right. I thought I managed to post the right chapter. but I was dead wrong. After rereading every chapter from the prologue. I discovered that there were blank spaces in the story. Then there you have it. I messed up. :blob_facepalm::blob_facepalm:. So it was that. Thanks for the info. Hehe

Ok, I posted 2 chapters today and none of it appeared in the latest update list of SH.
Can anyone enlighten me? What's happening?< ??

Below is the link of my web series. Thanks

Tryst: The City of Scholars

Did you accidentally publish the chapter, unpublished it then publish it again a few days later? Anyways, I bumped your novel on the main update page and it's currently showing.

I published both chapters today from saved drafts. Then I discovered that the first one I posted was actually the wrong chapter( it was supposed to be chapter 5) after re-reading everything. So I tried to post the right chapter (new chapter 4). Then a problem cropped up, base on my table of contents. The new chapter was preceded by the wrong chapter I posted (chapt 1, chap 2, ss1, chap 3, chap 5 - chapter 4). So, I went to the create page - edit - table of contents, then I dragged the newly published chap down. Then saved sorting to arrange it to its due proper sequence. Then boom..!! the rest is history.

Damn, I made myself dizzy with my own explanation.

This old lurker (probably since the start of nu) appreciates your help.

You got a new fan-cat starting today.

Thanks Tony.
