Why I got alot of traffic from Novel Updates

As far I know novel updates dont let me post my story on their website. Because he said my story is English original so I cant post my story over there. Then at the same time it recommended me to post my story on SH.

so my question is Novel updates dont let me post my story but why it also recommended my book in their website.
Is SH part of novel updates brother or sister company?

if yes then SH is really supporting Author alot!

Both sites are owned by the same person. You can't post on NU, but NU promotes stories from SH.

Novel Updates is the sister site of Scribble Hub, both are sites to host fictional work. But, Novel Updates is an aggregator novel site, not something you would expect like from Royal Road or WebNovel, so it's rather obvious that they reject your story because for one, you write it in English and two, you made it yourself.
