I have heard that in most prisons, anyone who commits crimes against a minor, is discovered to have done so, and is not placed in Solitary is not going to last more than a few days.

Not completely true, at least in China in the "classical era" - couples were expected to ... "bond" during the winter months and get married as soon as spring came. Japan and any place where Islamic culture took hold early on had what you describe above, but China was ... pragmatic and weird. I guess it was not considered rape if it led to a spring wedding, but was otherwise.
I can attest to this. Islamic dudes would be very proud to tell their friends they killed a pedo, and those friends would high-five him as if he had done the most appropriate action. There would be no ‘murder’ in their minds. Only cleansing filth from the world so they can live more safely.

Don’t have any comment on this beyond that. It is completely out of line to openly court in public in Pakistan, as marriages have more to do with family than singular individuals. With that in mind, how protective are they of minors?

Very much is the answer.

‘dishonour’ only applies if the other party is alive enough to tell the tale. Bury him early and there will be no discourse. You’ll see a friendly father who just wants to talk if that’s the case, and the grandfather would help initiate the friendly ‘talk’.

Rape to Love; Bodice Ripper, stories were No Longer Accepted by Romance publishers. In fact, it became Unacceptable among Romance publishers nationwide.
I had been familiar with the term, but thought it referred to stories where both characters were so turned on, they destroyed clothing to get at each other. Interesting.
No, it's from a study. I forget the details, but it's pretty shocking how much women fantasize about rape. Way more common than you would think.

There were at least two studies that suggested this, published in the sixties or early seventies. I only know about one study even existing because a candidate in either the 2016 or 2020 Presidential Circus Maximus ... er campaign ... had quoted the study in an interview a few years earlier and all the other candidates were using this to attack him.

This happened because in the 90's Romance readers utterly refused to buy the rape fantasy novels that had been wildly popular back in the late 60's to late 80's.
Suspect the swansong of the concept was the Luke and Laura romance in General Hospital - never watched the show (beyond a few very early episodes savaged as short features on Mystery Science Theatre 3000), but remember a lot of discussions at the time that always started with "how beautiful their romance was" with a few girls gushing over it and the few guys who watched chiming in (in most cases to score points with the girls, or just because their mothers watched and they only had one TV set at home, and it was "better than doing homework"), until someone (always a girl who had not said anything at first) always pointed out "But it began with Luke RAPING her!" and the discussion came to a crashing halt... Every time.
