Why does this happen?

I wonder why more readers click on chapter 9(9 readers)than chapter 8(5 readers) ? Is it for a reason or did they accidentally click it?

They see, they click. Then they click on the table of content/story page.

Maybe they wanted to go back and re-read it for some reason.

Dunno about others, but I got a few dozen different stories bookmarked. I just pull up the chapter to check for the newest update based on the history of past releases. So a writer that releases every other day, has me checking every other day, even if they haven't released in two weeks. Pretty sure that throws off the numbers.

PS: Also if the comment section is active, it'll load up the chapter every time someone wants to read/reply to a comment made on their comment.
