Why does my novel cover never change?

I have sent several new Novel Covers to replace the old ones, but until now the Administrator has not changed them. Is the Administrator sleeping or something?

It can take up to 48 hours to be approved.

Just wait for it buddy, in a day or two it will be notified to you whether it has been approved or not.

Approval takes time.

Sometimes it's relatively fast, but sometimes you have to wait.

Keep in mind, rejection will appear under alerts. Same as comments under the story would.

Also clear your cache. Sometimes your browser will have the old cover saved and load those from you device instead of downloading the new cover.

If all else fails, try clearing the cache in your browser and then resubmitting it.
