Why are my new chapters not showing up in latest updates (Yes I have read FAQ)?

Yesterday and today after i uploaded my chapters they did not show up in "latest updates" on the front page? Is there some sort of requirement?

edit - nvm read FAQ, seems like MOVING THE ORDERS OF THE FCKING CHAPTERS kills it ????? why?

edit 2 - so I have about 20 scheduled chapters. If I move the order will I never show up in new again? why does this system even exist? What's the optimal way to do this then? Delete all my chapters and upload them one at a time again?

edit 3 - I also know that rapid-fire uploading chapters will cause them not to show up. I uploaded all 20 chapters within an hour and scheduled them for future times (1 week at a time). So will my chapters show up in new or not? They are scheduled far apart but were uploaded together. How does that work?

I just deleted one of my previous not-a-chapter announcements them all of a sudden new chapters I uploaded started to appear in the middle of the latest updates with 2h timer just a few moments after publishing. So I would appreciate answers too.
