But it I have to say a name it would be Tensei slime fandom, especially reddit guys, half them are guys who want to fuck Rimuru so bad(though they are not your usual toxicity but more of straight guys who doesn't want to be called gay but also want a excuse to fuck a man)

They are weird

Fandom itself is a bunch of people who are obsessed with a story enough to dedicate a part of day to express their love for it.

Instead of moving onto a different anime or some other story and just appreciating what the experience was, they busy themselves with shoving their perspective of that anime down the throats of others. They can't accept that some don't fantasise the way they do, and the things they do.

It's not exclusive to animes though, this toxic obsession and irrational hostility is seen in many other fields. Might i remind the BTS "people"...and the now Taylor "people" idk what they call themselves, but whatever it is.... it's nauseating to be anywhere near them.

It isn't? Or at least it isn't more toxic than any other fandoms.

Hell, fandoms in their own is a toxic environment anyway. It's in the name. Fan = fanatics.
Guess i forgot it they can be called fanatics.... fanatics are a bunch of lunatic even when you look at history
Must not watch much news. I'd say the football/soccer fandom is the most toxic. Every decade there's at least one stadium riot causing hundreds of deaths.
I forgot which soccer fandom or fans are dangerous....

Good take.... especially when most problems comes when you have a different opinion from majority
The only good fandom, and the only PURE place on internet
is Hololive

Bc its basically like '00 anime era.
Meaning : Everyone KNOW, that each other is a degenerate so no one attack each other.

in short : "Gentlemen" (london meaning)

I can't agree.

The only difference is that holo-fanboys are toxic to the talents themselves instead other fans. And then to them too either way (especially towards Niji fans).

Gura doesn't even want to stream anymore (also probably partially due to completely braindead management).

Kronii had to go through entire war with her simps and she's still being hated on a daily basis.

Every video with Kiara or about Kiara still to this day has idiots in the comment section shitting on her and her fans. There was also that one joke emergency stream, where she broke her pants and the entire chat was just full of "pregnanante?", because most of them can't even spell "pregnant" correctly.

Ina has to have "a talk" with Takodachis every other month basically, because they can't get through their thick skulls that there are things that she's uncomfortable with.

Rushia was the good example of how fast all of those "die hard fans" are able to turn at the talent they were supposed to adore so much. Just throw in a random guy into the mix and the majority of them will start losing the rest of their braincells and go on a toxic rampage at the talent.

Biboo had to reschedule the stream once, because she was feeling sick and ofc there were already morons whining about how it's "the beginning of the end" and that she will stop streaming soon.

Towa had to apologize, because someone heard some dudes in the background.

Botan was called "otaku dream killer".

This is just from the top of my head. I could probably give more examples if I thought about it more, but just don't want to. This isn't pure. Don't fall for their pretended "wholesomeness". They are as toxic as any other fans.

ty for the infos o_o"
(currently reading)

i forgot all this "things" Edit : I didnt know lot of this things. I dont even watch any of their livestream XD (so its not about "pretending" but "not knwoing" :blob_popcorn_two: :blob_teary::sweating_profusely:)

(and biggest one is : coco and others apologizing bc of bc of taiw---cough topic and Coco quitting later. i mean WHO THE HECK quit despite being (female) hololive popular amiright ?)
-------------------
But at same time my point stand but only bc i only care(d) of "reddit" hololive and not the fandom in general, the big whole fandom. Which at that point, it enter the same trope of "as long it gets bigger, there is higher chance of a bad apple(s) and rotting"

Hololive fandom is indeed hell, but Rushia is certainly not the brightest vtuber either.. have you heard of the slightest thing she did to Mafumafu? It's crazy.

Though for gura, i knew this one. But thought it was more of "internet cyberbullying(twitter)"'s fault case + slight part bc of her fandom + overwork. :sweating_profusely:

+1
(Talking to Daikon)
Didnt really want to mention+forgot, but Rushia fandom are indeed have the right to "turn around" / be angry against her.
If i'm a yandere (but with a good CPUbrain), hers is a unheathly lvl of human-emotional-craziness.
Ex : Its like in urban CN, its normal to be angry, if hearing their star is taking drugs and/or inviting fans for "private meetings" (yep common thing)

Meanwhile Ina.
Quite sure lot of Majority of Takodachis are quite kind or accept happily what she says. But indeed true that will be lot of different kinds of not-good ones.
