The book is about Connor, who was dragged into becoming a spy mage (a mage that's a spy) for the YMPA. The thing about him is that he has a Perk, a power that is usually super powerful and comes from within a person, rather than learning it from their wand, and it comes from only a few specific bloodlines. Using that Perk, he tries to become a popular spy in the school, while trying to win his crush's heart. It's a character-driven story.

Having perk be in the title, at least to me, seems off since it's a term that does have an actual meaning that's different from the meaning in your story. And if it's going to be mostly in the academy, that should probably be in the title. So that's my explanation for why I voted spy mage academy.

The novel name doesn't have to directly say what's going on. Leave that to your details within. With that in mind name the book something catchy like :

Codename Conner

Then use that has his spy name in the story. I would think that a spy school wouldn't advertise being a spy school and those in it wouldn't admit to being there. Or even use their real name.
