Eating the whole pizza for one day or eating one slice of pizza per day for a week?

Depends on what you eat the rest of the week, also depends on your gut.
If you eat super healthy the rest of the week, a cheat day won't affect you as much as eating a slice of pizza per day (assuming it's the really big slices that are fatty). Also depends on what you consume with that pizza.

One slice of pizza a day for a week won't make you fat since it only contains on average 285 calories. The question is how many calories you put in total, and also where you get the rest of your nutrients from. People who eat vegetables tend to be able to get full off less calories due to fiber.

Either way please don't take advice from an online forum of authoring online stories seriously and consult a dietician if you're really serious about the answer.

I'd say eating a whole pizza for one day. Personally, I crave variety, so I'd wind up eating something else in addition to that whole pizza on that day I ate the pizza. If I spread it out throughout the week, I'd replace other foods with it, so it wouldn't really add more calories to my diet overall.

Which weighs more, 1kg of steel, or 1kg of feathers?
I was about to say “your mom,” but then I realized no one makes that joke anymore.

I honestly thought it was the second one since it’s like doing all school activities in one day and only being stressed for a day, instead of being constantly slightly stressed for a week. I don’t know.

Title: Which makes you fatter?
Junk food.
Not exercise.
Sometimes genetics.

Eating the whole pizza for one day or eating one slice of pizza per day for a week?
Eating whole pizza in one day may make you gain weight then but its just then. You can loose it if you work on it. Or if you really hungry then and need that much food energy.

Now eating one slice of pizza each week is unhealthy. You build up those carbs every week - do you exercise? Your body eventually stories the buildup and it comes through in not the besy ways: medical problems, obesity, diabetes, high cholesteol etc.

Well, if you eat a single slice every day then it'll be easier to burn off if you exercise. However, it isn't good to eat carbs daily if you are trying to loose weight. In fact, you shouldn't eat carbs at all if you can while trying to lose weight. In conclusion, you'll gain more weight from eating a whole pizza with or without exercise but you shouldn't eat any pizza if you are trying to lose weight. If you aren't then go to town.

I mean, i'd say the whole thing. Because, for each day, you can burn those fat/calories with exercising.
