Hello to all those who are here(and those who stalk, I see you ) well, I like writing and I've just begun my first story here but I have some problems like my schedule, how do you guys do? Do you write a bunch of chapters before publishing them one by one or do you directly write at the moment and publish every finished chapter?

The later.

Though, I don’t recommend It if you are serious about it.

Stack a bunch before setting a release schedule, the release speed ends up being directly influenced with the chapter per week.
That way even if you go through a bad phase, or less dramatic but still serious like exams, you can chill about writing.

I write after I did all my college assignments and work. Usually, I write in the night for 3-4 hours (I write 3 series)
Well, just write more than your update if you have a free time, that's my trick.

Bit of both really. Most of my chapters are 1k words long. Those that are longer than the usual have a bit of planning (plot wise) but most of the time I write whatever goes into my head. It's neat since I use this platform for practicing only.

The former. I do it a volume at a time. Finish a volume, then release the chapters every 2 to 3 days.

Which makes the wait between volumes take anywhere between 4 to 7 months, but hey, that's like actual LN release schedule

If you don't like the difficulty of life just cancel your subscription. Either that or wait for the free trial to expire. Jokes aside having a stock pile is always smart. Maybe something happens, and you cannot write regularly for a while. It wouldn't be an issue if you have some in the back. It's also helpful for patreon. Often times you offer readers chapters ahead in exchange for monetary sustenance. Having a few chapters ahead of time makes it easier to set one up.

Before my baby popped out of me, I would write in a paper notebook every night at bedtime, then I would type and edit everything later. Now, I have to hold my nipple in my baby's mouth at bedtime.

The ideal is having a bunch of chapters. But I do chapter to chapter because of being busy in real life. Two chapters a week is very hard already for me and I do get delayed. But I just tell my readers if I'm busy. A good thing to do is outline the chapter during classes (the ones that are just chill) so that you'll know what to write when you're free and won't spend it on brainstorming. I also do that when I'm stuck in traffic or waiting for a meeting etc. The slowest part is really starting the chapter if you still don't know what it's going to be.
I know you should listen in class and all that, but as I remember of my college, most of the class lectures really weren't that important.

I didn't get the free trial(they forgot me) and I can't cancel my subscription because it will cost me apples for ever!!

Then you had a good year at college, Here it's like they give you 2+2= 4 and then for an exam you have to figure out the surface of the moon!

I had a wholesome picture of a mommy with here little baby in my head but the word"nipple" gave it a lewd turn.... Anyways thanks for the help
