What's your favorite fantasy creature for a salad?

I manage to time travel before the apocalypse, back in time when fantady people live in peace and not killing wach other, and I'm trying to fullfill one of my goals, which is eating exotic salad (with mixed creatures inside).

That means combining , while making sure eating creatures while preventing them from going to extinction.

But on the topic of mixed fantasy creature salads, what exactly do you put in your salads?

I simply put lettuce + human, because I'm Neanderthal and hate human. Then Vampire Demon tomatoes, and finally Witch's peppers and onions, but Individuals do plenty different things y'know?
