Almost all writing forums on the internet are in some way or the other focused on commercial writing. Personally, I don't think an anonymous board can ever be ideal in giving you personalized criticism that understands your work & that you can implement. Best case scenario is that by mingling arnd in forums, servers, etc. you'll find like-minded people who share the same artistic philosophy as you who's opinion you actually respect.
