What was your first story you wrote?

We've all written so many stories, whether we finish them or drop them mid work. What was your first ever story you wrote? (If you can remember.)

My first story I wrote was back in middle school, 7th grade. It was inspired by Hunger Games, but stupider XD The setting was a large rose garden open to the public, surrounded by large walls, and suddenly the walls would close and everyone inside would have to fight to the death. The main character escapes but into the middle of nowhere... It got crazy with a random jungle and a wild tiger companion. No flipping idea, honestly it was as logical as a crazy dream.

Clearly, this idea wasn't the smartest and eventually I dropped it because I had realized it was dumb. BUT that was my first ever writing piece I had created and began the hobby I do to this day.

It was a fanfic of Classroom Of The Elite where the characters were isekai'd. Honestly did better than I thought. Eventually I moved to SH and wrote my first story.

in 6th grade I drew a comic about an egg who gains life and turns into a superhero, me and my friends did basically a little universe around him
I don't remember much besides the teacher praising me a lot, then telling me she showed it to her college students who liked it a lot.
I don't think no one ever made me feel so proud of my work before or since :')

A blatant copy of Buffy the Vampire Slayer or a Resident Evil fanfic. I don't remember well.
Ah, there's also a Dragon Ball ripoff.

Hmm longest ago that I can at least vaguely remember was a short story for a school assignment somewhere near the end of primary school. It was a story set vaguely in the late middle ages about an orphan boy who was outcast for being the son of a witch who had been killed for being a witch. Then discovers his family legacy and becomes a powerful witch himself punishing the town for what they did to his family and then walks off into the sunset. Thats about all I remember about it though since it's from so long ago. Chances are there are older stories but just not ones I can remember.

Then a few years later there was also a story "heavily" inspired by Bleach. Really it was Bleach, but instead of spirits they were vampires and they even had sentient weapons, "totally not zanpakuto". formed from their vampiric blood and unique special powers for each of them just like Shinigami.

There was also a what was effectively a fanfic before I knew what a fanfic was which was a self-insert OC in Dragon Ball Z.

I have none of these anymore though since obviously this was well before posting stories online was something I did. Or was even all that common and they were on a computer that is long gone with no effort to move them over to new computers.

I wrote this when I was 14. I remember being really proud of it. (it sucked)
A story about the last vampire, a young boy who woke up after 1000 years with little to no memories of the past. The world is a now a place where vampires are only are known as devils of the past, even if no one has ever seen a vampire in 1000 years.
However, he gets taken in by a vampire-lover/nerd who found out the protagonist's true nature, and he becomes his guardian. He even sends the mc to high school.
It's a supernatural slice of life comedy with some mystery. The story was basically just mc trying to blend in with humans but failing and always standing out ^_^

The one I'm writing now is the only thing I have written. Fairly certain I didn't even have an assignment to write anything in school (could be wrong, I'm ancient).

I remember writing many creepy pastas in middle school, but they started in the 5th grade. My first one was a supernatural horror with a monster that ate people.

The first story that I ever completed is this one:

No Signal.

It is an extremely short story, quite close to my heart if I say so. I wrote this story after quite a setback I faced about 2 years ago now, and one of the only works I have posted. Not exactly my first work ever, but I consider this to be my first work as a writer.

Read this post then immediately went to check my old phone. My first ever story is still there, somehow. Anyway, I went re-read it and holy hell.

"I didn't seriously write this, did I?" was I said.

For the content itself is quite simple, its about the MC confessing to his crush while on a stand up comedy show so people won't really believe it. But, oh my god, I can't even stop smiling at my cringe and stupid ass plot story.
