I believe it was either: Supreme Magus, The Legendary Mechanic, or Martial World that first made me want to start writing, mostly because I had different ideas on how the story should've proceeded. (Just minor things.) Though what got me into reading in general was the Percy Jackson series. Rick Riordan my GOAT.

Oh then I did read it - but he had so many stories about that era (and I had a lot of the Jack Whyte stuff, to the point I was confusing ideas between them) I thought it was a longer series!
