I'd say money but I don’t expect to make much from my current story. I just want people to see that I can tell a good story and start building trust in me as a writer. If things go well after I self-publish, that’s awesome—but my real hope is that readers stick around for what comes next.

WCA is something I need to get out of my head before I can move on to the story I really want to write. But more than anything, I guess I just like knowing people enjoy my work. That’s a pretty basic writer instinct.

responsibility and principle, i guess. If there people who read it. even if i was burned out, i would at least try to give it an ending. it was better than left the readers hanging. they deserved that much.

well... I did finish 2 novels, but i also left like 3 others hanging. so, I am just a hypocrite.
