I keep coming back to Thor's hammer, Mjolnir. There have been many weapons I've read about in light novels, anime, comics and movies. When all is said and done I still want to swing, throw and call a weapon like Mjolnir to my hand. But yes, having the Infinity Gauntlet would be fun too.

The Yamato from Devil May Cry. I dunno man, wielding it in DMC4 was just soooooo fucking satisfying.

I can answer with oodles of way more unique weapons like Pandora from the same series or other weapons. But I enjoy simplicity. Elegance.
