What is an Awakened?

When you gave me your feedback on Battle of Megacity-0, you asked me what was an awakened?
I wanted to properly tell you, but i didn't have the time....

For starters, the Beast Heroes series was inspired by the fighting game, "Bloody Roar"

To answer your question, there are people who can awaken the power to morph into beast form, these people are called Awakened, these beast forms can range from animals to dinosaurs, to even certain fantasy creatures.

However, not everybody can awaken, Awakening happens arround age 15, with some exceptions.

Those who cannot awaken, are called, "Non-Awakened" they are often seen as trash, and treated as such, often used as servants, Sex Slaves, or even worse, human sheilds.

Thank you for the explanation. It's been a long while since I've played Bloody Roar. I think the last time I was reminded of Bloody Roar was when I watched the anime series Killing Bites.
