I've always wondered, what would happen if suddenly, outta nowhere......the System just suddenly stopped working/disabled.

What would the MCs do or react to it??

What would the MCs do or react to it??

For my main character, if the System leaves, then the apocalypse begins. After all, there is another System, which will send Miasma throughout reality now that it is wholly unchecked. All gods will inevitably become zombified corpses under the Sadist of the Social, the Goddess Diarrhea, and her horror-filled blight that trails behind her like a funeral procession. The very air will grow pustules and the very fabric of space will become virulence. Disease and destruction ad infinitum.

If it's a generic CN MC, he's dead for sure. But for others, idk. Human being is adaptable creature, so they'll adapt or die trying

My characters don't have a system just guts and elemental powers, but mostly guts.

Agreed. I’ve got a far-off idea for a character who has a System, and he would totally die with ease if his System is removed.

You know, I usually don't like systems, seems like lazy writing to me. Because a lot of authors just don't bother working on their main thing - the system itself. Can't count how many times I've seen people just use systems to cram as much power into their OC-OP-MC and don't bother with the technically of it all. But that sounds cool as hell.

My MC accidentally created the System along with creating the Multiverse without knowing it, he didn't know it at first but when he read some Korean Novels, that's where he discovered it, although it's useless to him because he is already omnipotent. Is it him who created it? Maybe another Omnipotent Being...?

Troy woke up to rays of light falling on her face, streching her arms and yawning out her yesterday's grind she lazily got up.

"Another day, another grind"

Cursing her luck she willed blue screen to check her stats out of habit, already knowing what to expect she was half focused and half lost in her own thoughts.

One second, two seconds, ten seconds passed with no changes. Troy seemingly coming out of her day dreaming felt something was off and a moment later realised the blue screen that she was so used to like second skin was not infront of her.

'huh? I'm sure I willed it'

Thinking she must have forgotten to, she willed it again now a bit more expectant on its appearance, but everything remained the same, no cling sound, no flash of blue light.

'what's going on?'

She felt nervous, she hastily got on guard, ready to take action at any threats nearby. 'Maybe something is interfering with it? Or..'

She gulped and looked around in rapt fear, taking something out of her sleeves and quickly touching it to her forehead. After what seemed like an eternity she seemed to calm down a bit and slowly got the round pendant down and looked at it pensively.

'I'm not in an illusion... But then what the hell is happening here? '

She tried a few more times to get the damn screen back, she didnt even know why she was trying so hard to see it, but she just odd that it was not coming like it did for the past decade.

Then, like a clock hitting the hour or hammer hitting the bell something clicked in her mind. 'Could it be it is truly gone?'

"Impossible! Are you really gone?!"

Unable to control her emotions she shouted to the skies, for the first time in years she felt free, felt peace blooming in her mind.

"hahaha I'm free at last! "

But alas, it wasn't meant to be and with a crisp clear ring a blue screen suddenly materialized in front.

Before she could even register her despair, the system spoke, something it had never done before.

"You have been disqualified, sincerest apology for any inconveniences"

Then the sky split open to the abyssal void, grounds trembled and shook, trees fell down in droves, animals screaming and earth shattering sounds ensued.

The end of the world of nigh, Troy had long fallen into one of the crevices that opened up on ground... Leading straight to the fiery inferno.

Her last thoughts being "Could have waited until I had my breakfast...Douche!'


Thus ended the chronicles of Troy and her system.

Indeed! She grew from the death and strife caused by the hidden killer that is so mocked today in our culture. Do you know how many have died from it? It’s absolutely insane! It’s the biggest killer in concentration camps, war, is the biggest killer in a lot of third-world countries , and was the biggest killer for a lot of countries back in the day.
