Yes, this is the 4th new year post in a row.

I'm having like a dozen shrimps even though I'm mildly allergic to them. They're just too good. Here's a ricipe btw, I just added cajun seasoning

I'm 25% Italian and Greek and 50% hispanic, our food is going to be off the walls crazy.

We start off with some chili from my mom, then the pizza, then the seafood pastas, Tortillas out for shrimp tacos and some Greek chicken are to be expected.

Please don't get me started on the family size ?

Donuts are a family tradition here.

It's not really a donut per se, but I suppose it is the closest term. Basically, a deep friend ball of dough with some sweet fillings. The filling used to be jam or plum butter, but I found the taste disgusting since I was a little kid, so they are now chocolate filled.

I still have to cook, but the menu I have in mind includes fondue with olive crostini, matcha spaghetti with butter or cream (I haven't decided yet), salmon carpaccio with walnut tomini, and panettone with a sweet mascarpone and egg cream. Eventually, Korean style barbecue with an electric grill, if I can't find the ingredients or the motivation.
