What does your playlist look like? How many songs do you have in there? What types of music? How old is it? When do you listen to it?

My playlist is my liked playlist on Spotify, if I have a song I like I try to find it there. It is about a decade old, perhaps more, the first songs I have in it is Les Miserables (10thani) and Phantom of the Opera (25th anniversary). Because those were not available on SoundCloud at the time, some time around 2017 I switched to Spotify and added a few anime and video game soundtracks. In 2018-2025 I expanded my taste from classical, to jazz, to J-rock, to traditional Japanese music, to jazz-fusion, to math rock, to Baroque music, to Chinese Guzheng music, to Chinese traditional music, to Chinese rock, to Ponchonbo Electronic Ensemble, etc. The only main theme is that the vast majority of the music in it is not in English. Recently I added all of Bach’s works and all of Liszt’s works to my playlist.

I tend to listen to it all the time. If I am playing a game of go or chess, if I am reading without the screen reader, if I am looking for something to read, if I am trying to sleep, and more generally when I am online but have no audio.

I don’t have premium so I can’t share it with you but here is an image of it.

Lots of folders on my PC. Didn't count how many songs, however, if I were to believe my PC, around 6k songs. It's too hard to list every genre. I listen to everything, so there's a bunch of stuff. Rap, Rock, Metal, J Rock, J PoP, Videogame music, Jazz, Funk, Country, Folk, all kinds of electronic music, and the list goes on. It is twenty years old. I listen to it every day. When I read, write, play certain games.

Found a way to get all my songs into a shareable playlist, without having to add them manually.

I got like ~70 songs from most broad genres, though most of them are fairly modern. Notably, I got a fair amount of nightcore, which naturally is a very broad mix.

The number is because I tend to only save my favorites and listen to them on special occasions, though I could easily collect hundreds from the songs I frequently listen to.

My Spotify playlist has 1797 songs. It has a bizarre mixture of country music, heavy metal, drill, and underground emo rap, with sprinkles of old rock and sabrina carpenter

My playlists will go about 24, 30 or 50 songs, each is divided into instrumental, quick speedy songs like from sonic, positive and encouraging, 90s and 2000s, loud and or angry and one i titled car ride mood.

It has video game songs, rock, metal, German and French vocal songs, those catchy pop songs, a few ai covers like plankton singing frank sinatra, chill relaxing songs like the turtles happy together both Japanese and english covered anime songs.

Really if it fits a mood and i dont find myself hating it 6 listens then it goes into a playlist representing the mood.

I am on playlist #11, each having some hundreds of songs ranging from like, 200 to 900. Currently on 300. I listen to my music constantly. I pick stuff up that stimulates my brain in a satisfying way, that sticks in the forefront, but after I get used to it it becomes white noise just in the background and I have to find something new, which is why I have so many. I have a bunch of stuff in a bunch of genres, currently in a more metal/rock phase, and some folk.
Playlist #11

Is my first Playlist, that I'm now using more as a 'master playlist' for all of my songs, but it's missing hundreds cause I've started adding songs and whole albums via youtube music and haven't put those on there, but it still shows my progression in music tastes for the most part.
