Orange paper for my outline, although I outline as I go, as in, after something happened in the chapter, not before. Pantser here.
A cup of tea. I find that I drink just one cup per chapter. I have a big cup, though. Starbucks Grande size. It has Tea Time written on it, so I don't use it for coffee.
Morning and afternoon workouts. That said, this is a recent development. Today I did 10 minutes in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. Really worked up a sweat.

Binge readers. I can't stress this enough. Binge readers are my bread and butter. Without them, I get discouraged.
That wonderful feeling when I finish my 5k quota for the day, and see that my readers stick to my story, even though I bombard them with 4 chapters per day. Some days 5.
Did I mention Binge Readers? XD
Oh, and the Prompt Section here in the forums. I got the idea for BL crabs from a thread. I bet the creator of the thread is now shaking his head at my answer.

Making the reader think how you think: make them give the emphasis you read it with, make them see/hear/taste/sense/smell/feel what you do, make them go at the pace you want with the focus you desire.
Metaphors and analogies that give them beautiful feelings, horrific or otherwise downright strange, sometimes wonderfully joyous.

@HelloHound I like snacks, but they make it impossible to focus on writing. I do LOVE messing with my darling protagonist too though.
