Used to love writing smut stories back in the day, but now... I've already past beyond my post-nut clarity.

What if I have all 3, is the smut alone enough for you to decide against a story that includes all 3?

It depends. If the story includes smut, then it's fine. I read it to realize there's a scene and then brush over it because most of the time the writer just wants to write a sex scene.What if I have all 3, is the smut alone enough for you to decide against a story that includes all 3?
If the smut propels the story in some fashion other than to provide "material", then I read it but generally skim it just to find the plot points (like one character feeding another information in the midst of it or something).
If the smut takes up majority of the story, the story continually displays such scenes, or they're prevalent/integral to the story, then I don't read it. I'm not into that.
I like my smut like an accent. There but forgettable because it's not important.

Ah, this gives me hope cuz my smut is contained in one chapter when it happens. It's mostly there for intimacy between characters, one can argue that it advances the romance but you can skip them and the story will proceed all the same.
Yea I use to like smut back then but now I like it in small bits here and there
like action scenes in a movie! Too much action and it spoils the whole batch, and too few action scenes have their own consequences as well.
