It's not exactly seafood dish, but I can't get enough of freshly cooked rice and nori chips.

Fried Shrimp dipped into marinara sauce.

Fried shrimp tempura with Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and hot sauce.

Due to influence from a cartoon film that i forgot the name of, I follow the protagonist step into liking fried Shrimp with mayonnaise.

It turns out to be great.

Then i tried fried shrimp tempura and it taste better than standard fried shrimp.

In combination with tomato and hot sauce, it taste even better.

I will worry about colesteol later.

Softshell crab. You have to wait for it to be in season for the good stuff, but man. It is so good deep fried on a bun. T-T

Shrimp Po'boy's are my next go to.

Any fried shellfish, really. Lol.
