Ways to grow a discord server?

I have a writing discord server and I am looking for ways to grow it. I already have Disboard and I am going to have discord links at the end of my chapters. And I am not going to link it here becuase I don't want 30 more people with the sex offender role, but what are some good ways to grow a discord server? From your experience.
