Urban Life + Dungeon Core

I'm interested in Dungeon Core stories set in Modern Day.

Probably akin to stuff in KR Novels, but instead of the Hunters raiding dungeons, people manage and make a living out of them. I prefer if the focus isn't combat or getting stronger but their cozy daily lives.

The closest thing I saw for this one is Spirit Farmer.

I haven't really come across these stuff that often, so I wonder if anyone knew some good ones.

@Cipiteca396's Global Dungeon Network has modern day dungeons managed by people. There is a deadline for the relative peacefulness, though, and up to the point I read the MC didn't seem eager to interact with others, should that be part of your expectations.
