Exactly what the thread says, what are some of your unpopular anime opinions?
That's a stereotype, ain't it? I always see games portray Yandere's as killers.Yanderes aren't hot they are broken and disturbed individuals that need professional help and/or a beating depending on how many lives they ruin. Being mentally unstable is not an excuse for being a mass murderer or a manipulative asshole.
Why you- I'd honestly put them at the same level. Hentai allows for more creativity and freedom, while real life porn gives you that realismHentai is garbage compared to real porn/erotica.
Never got turned on by hentai tbh. Erotica is my favorite, gives you ideas for sex talk with girls. That's a stereotype, ain't it? I always see games portray Yandere's as killers.
Obsessiveness is a pro there. I get to have someone who loves me only.

I would hope this thread isn't just hating on Wish fulfillment, after all escapism is okay as long as you don't take it too far.A lot of people's complaints about specific genres are exactly what the show is intended to give and I feel is unwarranted.
Like, complaining about a wish fulfillment hero with a flock of girls acting like he's the messiah in an isekai/harem LN. Or the roundabout way they do romance in stuff like Nisekoi which I feel was just meant to be random stuff with a pretend excuse plot to catch people's attention at the start. Or the "wasted potential" in terms of world-building or going political when something's never intended to be that type of show. Or fanservice in a show like Saekano when it's obviously intended to be part of the appeal.
You can't expect every show to have those EVA/Steins Gate type of serious, intricate writing, so it just baffles me when people hate on power fantasy stuff like Arifureta or NGNL for having one note characters or selling themselves on fanservice, both the sexual and edgy type.
I wouldn't say that a yandere loves you, they rather have an unhealthy attachment to you that will be toxic for the both of you in the long run. That's a stereotype, ain't it? I always see games portray Yandere's as killers.

No, but being hot isYanderes aren't hot they are broken and disturbed individuals that need professional help and/or a beating depending on how many lives they ruin. Being mentally unstable is not an excuse for being a mass murderer or a manipulative asshole.
Yeah, that's the thing. A lot of people online (the quite verbose ones) act as if it's a mortal sin or an immediate strike against a show. But there are times a show was intended to be one, and that's exactly the point.I would hope this thread isn't just hating on Wish fulfillment, after all escapism is okay as long as you don't take it too far.
It is unfortunate how many people believe this to be true. No, but being hot is
But... its a yandere.I wouldn't say that a yandere loves you, they rather have an unhealthy attachment to you that will be toxic for the both of you in the long run.
Dude... the bitch is going to stab you, unless she goes to the funny house or if you decide to give her a five-knuckle facelift. I will admit however there is some allure to the danger the yandere presents I just don't find them 'hot'.But... its a yandere.

Personally, I don't mind wish fulfillment, but I'd like to have a protagonist that has to at least try for what their aiming for, and not have everything handed to them on a silver platter. At the same time, I'd also like such a protagonist to feel like they deserve it (ie. not be a total idiot you constantly scream at, morally deserving of it and not an asshole, and uses whatever they get properly). But that's just me really. That one anime a while ago about that demon lord who got reincarnated after 2000 years and was super duper fucking OP and yeeted an entire castle was one that I really enjoyed, in particular!Yeah, that's the thing. That's where the "just not for you" line comes in for me, and it would be better if those guys just leave those revenge plots or harems alone instead of ranting about them and fanning the flames and inciting those "anime is dead" threads/videos when product's not for them to consume anyway.
That show was an enjoyment horseshoe. It went so over the top with normally cringe writing and became hilarious. That one anime a while ago about that demon lord who got reincarnated after 2000 years and was super duper fucking OP and yeeted an entire castle was one that I really enjoyed, in particular!
An anime with a good story but bad animation is 10x better than one with a bad story and good animation. Though, what qualifies as a bad or good story can be subjective.Exactly what the thread says, what are some of your unpopular anime opinions?
Just a thing about Tanya I love hearing the supposed Nazi argument about the Empire when it was set in World War I. People seem to just forget that 'The Great War' was a thing.people apply real-world morals into anime; or media in general, and use it as an objective quantifier on whether it's good or bad. that's not the problem. the problem arises when someone uses their real-world morals to judge an anime and as an extension, the audience of said anime. you enjoy Redo of Healer? You must be a master rapist. you like watching Tanya? are you a paedophile nazi?
fucken smoothbrains I swear
