Imagine your MC wake up in an all white room, and Infront of the MC is a phone/book or whatever. Then the only software in the phone is a novel app, a special novel app that provide an inf of novels, of all genres that seems to magically update itself rapidly. and so the MC panick bla bla the usual drill, then since there's inf novels then that mean that there will be novels that is similar to the situation that the MC found herself in so she searched and lo and behold 7 books appeared all with the same title 'White room' and all of them have the completed tag all except the the seventh book which have ongoing. Then when she read the ongoing one, the MC will find out that the book is literally recording what the MC is doing from her time before and after the 'waking up' in the white room. Cool idea ain't it?
Just for clarification, this is a idea that pop into my mind and wanted to share

It wouldn't work, Anna is an elder god and is immune to such things. Though I do feel bad for whatever set this up to begin with when the thing that created her finds out someone was messing with its baby.

Dont forget about Logan, the other elder god who had been very interested in the first 6 books, rubbing his hands on his palm with excitement on his face thinking about the pleasure the seventh book will bring

This is literally the beginning of my novel. Even before picking up the phone Charlotte would just smash the floor trying to escape.

She wouldn't panic, since being always compose is a core part of her character. And she would just throw the phone away when reaching the seven titles, not even opening them, with how smart she is, putting two and two together is rather easy and figure out they are telling her stories. She hate spoilers.

Put on a few plays with herself as the sole actor.
And then go utterly insane, infecting the pure-white room with the corruption of her emotions until it becomes a blight on reality. Soon, the white room will break open and unleash absolutely maddening, terrifying creatures onto the world.

I reject those sorts of novels, but it's a genre that has a cult following, apparently. My MC, being based on myself in that regard, would spend the first few days ignoring the white room novels and getting comfortable reading something she actually likes.

Sounds like a situation where my MC really could be in. He probably reads the novels, gets bored and goes to kill anyone who might be in there that was doing it. After waking up, he would think that everything in his dream was a delusion and go on with his life.
