Have toyed a little with this but never went beyond an initial concept - which was mostly randomly generated for a superhero roleplaying game.
Character is a normal middle-aged nobody - but when he got bored, he dressed up like a woman, flirted outrageously, and was a major pickpocket.... until the day he was in a group of people suddenly granted superpowers by a bizarre event.
Now, when he wants to hide his powers, he remains a normal middle-aged nobody, but when he needs to be a hero (to make up for his criminal past), he becomes Chemical Queen, a superheroine. Have toyed with giving this character their own story but have never really gotten into it.
