I've been bouncing around an idea of a completely normal, run of the mill, average, nonsensical kind of book that can easily be overlooked because the market is so insanely saturated with the genre. So.. I want to give it a title. And you'll never, ever, EVER, in a million years be able to guess the genre.. EVER. lol
Here goes.

I WAS ISEKAI'D IN MY ISEKAI AFTER BEING PREVIOUSLY ISEKAI'D, AND MY GODDESS IS STARTING TO GET REALLY ANGRY THAT I WAS ISEKAI'D AFTER BEING ISEKAI'D FOR THE TENTH TIME WITHIN THE FIRST DAY OF BEING ISEKAI'D, SO SHE MADE ME IMMORTAL, AND I'M SOMEHOW BACK IN MY ORIGINAL WORLD WITH EVERY POWER TO KEEP ME FROM DYING, FORBIDDEN FROM EVER SEEING HER AGAIN

Aka

Ise-se-se-kai 20

What do you think of my title? You know, Not to brag, but I think it's pretty good. It's a work in progress.

Btw. completely real. Not just satire. It'll be a real book, but poking fun at the genre, while still being part of the genre.
Kind of like Konosuba.

Honestly, the isekai after isekai thing is hilarious. ??
Secondly, it is pretty hard finding a title for your book, what I suggest is simply, summarizing the entire book and brainstorming about the almost-perfect title for it.

A good title is the opposite of a bad title. Is your title bad? It's not bad if it's good.

I would suggest replacing a few Isekai references with "regression" or "reborn" just to hit all of the tropes...

I was Isekai'd in my Isekao after regressing to a previous isekai and my Goddess got so annoyed that I was Isekai'd after being isekai'd for the tent time within the first day of being isekai'd she had me reborn as an immortal back in my original world, with every power, to keep me from dying, forbidden from ever seeing her again.

Which kind of sounds like being lost in an ikea, but with gods and rebirths...
