Title and description not updating

I'm attempting to modifiy my series title and description. When I click "Save Details" the subsequent dialog says "Your Changes Have Been Saved" but upon refreshing the page, those changes disappear. I also attempted to add a new chapter, and that didn't take neither.

(Does it make a difference that this series was marked "Complete" before i undid that so i can amend it?)
