As a old dead race after godz, just like humans, but more perfect than them or 50 meter in height humanoids that for some reason didn't survive

Gigachad colossus. Either the best boi/gal who will help the mc or a massive fatass that will be racist towards the mc and has large ego

Sometimes God tier, rarely cares about mortals, usually immortal in the sense that they don't die of age. Often associated with the primal elements thanks to Roman mythology.

Think giants, but bigger and associated with elementals. Cronus had time. Hyperion had light. Oceanus had water. Fantasy novels tend to nerf them or be at such a high power level that the mc is running around with planet destroying deities.

Titans, huh... Well, I've mostly seen them as creatures of ancient times that were hunted down or killed amongst themselves. Not necessarily God-like, but with a certain amount of divine-like power. And yes, immensely big
