Look at the start times of those two threads and the stacked order of newest, up, and older, down. Is that a bug or how did that happen?

Im not seeing the problem, the forum puts the one with the most recent reply at the top. If its persistant for you check your filter.

Ah, gotcha. So, here. This is from the Latest Threads, not the Latest Posts column. See that the start time is funny with my first screenshot up top when comparing it to this control group?

I really don't want to accuse people of anything, but I've seen a bunch of new "editors" who join SH. Only a part of them are active on the forum, but they all have the same introduction as supposedly experienced editors who have worked with all those big-name companies.

It's probably nothing, but all the shit I have seen on the internet makes me think "scam" every single time I stumble across these things.
