I have mixed feelings about this novel and dropped it temporarily. I might read it after stacking up some chapters.
But I just wanna ask what you guys think of this novel, do you like it or hate it?
I kind of hate this novel because of Grey's and Tessia's stupid decisions. I neared my limit when Tessia got caught because of Grey's sister.
Anyways, give your guys take on this novel.

I also dropped it, because while it had a god damn lot of promise at the beginning, it fell into cliches later. Like the whole training arc with the dragons, it was like you took your most generic chinese cultication novel, switched up a few things to suit the worldbuilding, and added a bit of logic that doesn't make any sense.

Honestly, for me just the dragons would probably be enough of a reason to drop it. When meeting the dragons, the story entered a point where the mc was basically a slave in all but name, forced to follow what the dragons say. Then was the whole matter with the ruler of dragons demanding to give up Tessia. It was the tipping point. I genuinely hate this kind of developments.

And the cherry on top just after that was making the story into a bad romance drama as soon as the training ended.

Tessia's stupid decisions are a completely different matter for me, because while they might be stupid, they were to some degree justified (dunno about later, I presume I haven't read the one you wrote about). Didn't make me feel any better about her though.

I feel that this story had a great beginning, but there were really many small things that made me extremely frustrated with it later. And honestly, it's one of the very few stories I dropped after reading more than 50 or so chapters I don't want to come back to.
