So things seem like they're slowly taking off with my story as I put more and more chapters up. I've been getting pretty good engagement mostly on Royal Road, but I seems like think things are starting to pick up just little on here, too. I don't know who, but I seem to have a reader who favorites every chapter I post. Idk if they even use the forums, but whoever you are I really appreciate you There's also some random person who gave me a rating of 5 stars, I appreciate you, too, whoever you are.

As for Royal Road, I managed to get two really good reviews and I have a commenter who comments regularly every time I post.


What about y'all? Any good things lately, even if it's small?

Well my health seems to be somewhat better haven’t vomited in two months, although there have been quite a few close calls. Was stomach sick last mon-thurs, but managed not to throw up. The final hourish of work until now, I have felt nauseous, if this was before the surgery I would have already vomited 20 times today. Yet, I sit before you having vomited 0x.

I have a whole new part of my main story in development that I plan to release along with a new hand-drawn cover (thank @WhiteFeather for inspiring that decision despite radio silence).

However, it's hard to stay in the satirically nihilistic and politically cynical mindset that inspired Executive Order since my real life is going rather well. As a result, the romance feels too fluffy, the plots too simple, and the fights are like wham-bam JoJo episodes without any emotional weight. So, it's slow going. Especially with the Nikke summer event just around the corner since I really want to draw summertime Rapi.

As for Heroines*, I just need to re-watch some old comedies from the 90s to write for that one. I intend to post a poll soon to get a feel for what fandoms people follow around here for the next arc.
