Anybody who might be interested in making a simple system that they would like rated or countered. Each person will have their own system. it would be better to design if you stick to these (optional) rules. Not have super powered system, that give the person everything when they do nothing. You have to have 3 stats or less; the system is reliant on an over complicated release ability, I thought those two things would make it interesting. The system I came up with within these parameters, was The Coded Magic System, and here is an example of the system screen:

MP: 20/25 (Magic Power)
IP: 32/40 (Intelligence Power)

-> 29-9-14-4-2-12-1-4-5
-> 5-1-18-20-8-17-21-1-11-5

HP and MP are pretty usual, but IP designates the time it takes to think each number to cast the spell. for the first spell there are 8 numbers so it took 8 IP to chant the spell, and 5 Mp to cast the spell.

each code is in A=1, B=2, C=3 format, makes it fun in case anyone like to decipher things.

Question, are secondary stats an okay thing, aka if you have a body stat, could each point in body give +3 hp and +1 stamina which are consumable resources (and then still have, for example, mind stat which feeds into mana and sanity consumable resources)?

You can really make any system you want, I am just putting simple or small systems with 3 stats, and 4 skills, So you could have a body stat, mind stat, and soul stats that technically would have a lot of sub-stats.
Body -> Physical Traits (Strength, Stamina, Endurance Constitution) etc. etc.
MInd -> Mental Traits (Magic, Perception, Wisdom, Intelligence) etc. etc.
Soul -> Spiritual Traits (Soul Power, Spiritual Power, Supernatural Power, Godly Power) etc. etc.

All of these are optional traits, as I wanted to make super simple little systems that could be used for a variety of things if used properly
