Given the other thread on "The Boys" I decided to put up a Superhero movie recommendation thread with the caveat that Marvel and DC and preferably none of the big ones in this thread(graphic novels UNrelated to the big 2 allowed with the exception of "Watchman" as that seems to be being done so much).
My recommendation would be "Pyrokinesis". This is a Japanese minimalist Superhero movie with the main Protagonist being able to generate fire as the title would imply. Quite good but it's being a while since I've seen it and there's definitely a bit of darkness in it.

I've watched a certain anime so many times I can't read the word pyrokinesis (or any word that ends with 'kinesis' for that matter) without hearing it in Hiroshi Kamiya's voice.

I'm not really into Superhero movie stuff but I do watch some especially when I was young. I'm really more into the playful and lighthearted stuff when it comes to Superheroes and not the dark and edgy that is what they are now days. So most of what I have liked are colored with a sense of nostalgia.

Pixar's The Incredibles counts?

How about DreamWorks Animation's Megamind?

Captain Underpants might also count?

I also do like the old Ninja Turtle movies.

The Mask is also fun.
