I got this one Novel that I used to read but then drop along the way. It about romance between guy in modern world with superpower, and demon queen the he summon with a gacha system. I think her name is lily or something. Got really good art on Instagram. There was one arc where the heroine almost die due to her immune system is adapted to earth. The main guy come from country name Babylonia or something
