Story synopsis improvement and feedback

As stated in the title, I'd like some help.

My current synopsis just doesn't convey everything that the book has to offer, but I also don't want to spoil anything. The synopsis is also a tad generic to me, as I always sucked at giving summaries.

I am open to suggestions and feedback on the current synopsis.

It's fine to me, a tad generic but you did provide the necessary knowledge I needed to know before reading your story. Or were you asking for a different approach?
