Story deletion in reading list

So author deletes a story and the reader finds out via a blanked out (deleted) title page rapidly disappearing after a half second view, causing reader to manually seek out the deleted story in order to remove it from reading list.

Is there a way to ease the process or am I stuck in this sisyphean hell

I find it easy since I find them all at the top of my reading list. So there's probably a sorting system, or I'm weirdly lucky in how it's all sorted.

Go into your reading list, click on the gear (near the top left), scroll down and find the sort reading list button, then move it to sort by unread, and it should be at the bottom of the unread stories

yeah I always find them at the top of my reading list, is yours sorted alphabetically because I bet that does the trick
