My story just had its review done and it's cover was removed, which is fine. I uploaded another one (a different one), I assumed it was due to lewdity so I uploaded a less lewd one (The one in my signature) I was wondering how will I know if they don't accept my cover. All that appears when I upload the image is a red bar telling me that the cover will have to get accepted, will I get a notification if it doesn't go through? Also, they can make this entire review process a lot more smoother if they had a better feedback system.

I'm pretty sure everything on scribblehub is run by one dude, I don't think he is going to write a personalized note for everyone.
I didn't mean a note, I think a pending circle is enough. There is nothing currently to let you know your cover is being reviewed.

Also what part of the cover you didn't like? I assuming the nah vote is yours. I'm being genuine when I ask btw, I'm looking for feedback to optimize it to its fullest.

Looks fine to me. But I believe I've seen some of the folks here talking about how the image review process is done by AI. They can sometimes wrongfully flag non-lewd as lewd (buttons on jackets are "nips", loinclothes are "pubic hair" etc). If you truly don't think your image was beyond the allowable limits, you can always appeal to Tony, but again, he's one dude so try not to overburden him. in general, try to avoid anything around the chest/groin area that MIGHT, kinda, sorta, possibly be mistaken for body parts if you squint and unfocus your eyes.

That said, it can take up to 24 hours to get word back. But I do agree some system where the AI can note what was wrong would be nice. but that's not neccesarily realistic or feasible. even just a simple system like a red circle around the problem areas or a simple note like "Nipples" could give some hint at where the issue is.

The nah wasn't me, I like the cover.

Turns out you do get a notification when your cover gets approved. That's my bad.

Feels a bit boring...
"Generic" if you will.
Hmm, I understand your point. I think one of its strengths is due to the presence of both white and black in the color scheme it will pop in both light mode and dark mode. That is a pretty big advantage imo. What do you think about the genericness of the one in my profile picture? It was the previous one.
