Stolen halfway

Some Russian guy registered my story Anti-cake Dungeon Delving on their site, with the intention of translating it, and didn't. I feel beyond insulted. This was the only theft that would have made me happy, as it was going to make the story accessible to more people without me paying for that. Darn slackers!

I think said person needs to translate at least 50% of it so that they can count it as a half-way stolen story.
