Status screen help for LitRPG

I'm new to this and i'm struggling to figure out how to make a custom status screen which would be black and have bright reddish text

You need to go to the table symbol in the editor. Make the size of the table that you want.
Highlight the table, click on the table symbol, go to the cell option > then to the Table cell properties> advanced
Here you can change the lines and the colour of the background.

To change the text you have to change it using the text colour symbol in the editor.

Someone on here has probably asked the same question in the past and received various screenshots showing everything I just explained. have a search of the forums.
