so essentialy it comes down to breast milk vs neck juice.

a hicky on the breast vs a hicky on the neck.

a baby cowardly hides their mark while a giant bat man proudly shows his in an easily visable spot.

bats prefer virgins while babies prefer mothers.

First there are many species of bats.
The majority of bats, even if they are 'giant' would still be smaller than a toddler, depending on the species.
Toddler is curious.
Toddler kills the smaller but 'giant' bat most of the time since specific species was not specified.

Toddler wins at least 80% of the time.

We also talk about weight, and the greater mastiff bat is still only like 2-2.5 oz, so the toddler still has a huge mass advantage if it were giant and say 5 oz instead.
