Side character tagging

Should I tag something "isekai " if a side character was the one transmigrated? My protagonist (and main POV) is a little weirdo but she's completely native to the world that interacts with a few side characters that see her world as something from some story/game (with her as a possible character to said work of fiction)

Obviously I don't want to tag something unnecessarily but I also don't want to swing something completely out of left field, so what should I do with the tag situation?

Nobody cares about the side character, especially if it is behind the scene shit.

If you dedicate chapters about the side character isekai-ing, still no.

If it was just one side character, I wouldn't use it. It it was one major side character such as the protagonist's only love interest, then I would use it. With a few characters, that's a tough call to make without more info.
