Let this be clear; my MC is a murderhobo like many CNs. That's because I copy rather blatantly.

And my MC prime target isn't the normal criminals and gangsters but rather weak, new supervillains with superpowers because killing these superhumans makes him stronger. Also, I cheated by having these "bad people" hunting my MC, so that there is justification for my MC to kill them (but not an excuse for horribly torturing them to death and use them as sacrifice to the devil)

But then someone reminded me of Rorschach and I sort of recalled previously I did do a small scene where my MC casually murked a bunch of punks off the streets because they were beating up an old vendor for extortion.

So my question is, should I write more of my MC doing chores aka executing normies in secrecy because murdering muggle criminals does not make my MC stronger, unlike how he can kill superhumans for more power.

Also, the city MC in is bad. Like, imagine Megacity one but even the police is part of the crime.

He should go around cutting peoples noses off and grafting them on to himself.

Nah.

He does like to gouge eyes out.

He should be in the graveyard
As with the dead or as the watchman? If former, he nearly did with his skull cracked once.
He should be freaky, have you seen dnd?
Ehh.

Probably read a different kind of d&d.

Also, if my MC is a player, the DM will kill him off fast for being a constant NPC removing annoyance.

I have not read it it.
You have to look at his motives.
Does he kill just to protect himself? Then hunting people down is no.
Does he kill to become more powerful? Then those who won't boost him won't happen normally.
Does he kill because they deserve it? Hunting people down is reasonable and can be used to hide why he hunts down and kills evil supers.

I have not post it in SH.

Most likely will never post it because IDK.

But yeah, you gave a good reasoning. Thanks.
